My name is Chen Lei, and I am a graphic designer with a Master’s degree in Communication Design from the University of Reading in the UK.
My interest in design centers on how visual language conveys information and emotion. In my projects, I start with the content itself and consider how to use layout, typography, and color to establish a clear hierarchy of information while ensuring the visual presentation is rhythmic and easy to read. In terms of tools, I am proficient in the Adobe suite and use Figma for interface design. I also incorporate AI tools into my creative process to explore new possibilities for visual expression.
For me, design is not merely a visual presentation; it is a form of communication. I aim to create designs that are clear and well-controlled, allowing information to be understood and accepted more naturally.
